Description of Artwork:

Lately, my work has been exploring the idea of mental maps and landscapes that end up as sprawling abstractions. My drawings are often made intuitively, with few preparatory sketches. I work pretty small, usually on A4 sized paper. After the drawing is done I scan it into cyberspace and then edit it in an art program called Clip Studio Paint until I'm satisfied with it.

Artist Biography:

Visual artist. Illustrator. Comics maker. Earth shaker. Born and raised in Midland, I graduated from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA with a B.A. in studio art with a minor in computer science. I wandered in many directions afterward, until I ended up back in Midland for the time being. I like to draw things that people can get lost in.
